Notice for Public Comment - Guam CARES Act Amendment and Reprogramming of CDBG-CV Funds
The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) is requesting public comment regarding the proposed Seventh Substantial Amendment to the PY2019 Annual Action Plan (Guam CARES Act Amendment), and the reprogramming of COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT-CORONAVIRUS (CDBG-CV) funds.
Opening of Project-based Voucher wait list
Starting 8:00 AM, Wednesday, May 1, 2024 through 11:59 PM, Friday, May 31, 2024, the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority will be accepting pre- applications for the Project-based Voucher (PBV) Program for elderly families. GHURA will open its waiting list for the purpose of filling two-bedroom rental unit vacancies at the Summer Town Estates in Dededo. Pre-applications will only be accepted online.
