Public Announcement - Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List Lottery
The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) is opening the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program Waiting List Lottery. Pre-applications will be accepted online starting at 8:00 AM (ChST), Monday, January 06, 2025 and will close 4:59 PM (ChST), Monday, January 13, 2025. PRE-APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE AND SUBMITTED ONLINE. GHURA will not provide or accept paper (printed copy) pre-applications.
