Program Year 2020 Community Planning and Development Funds
In light of the current Government of Guam shutdown, applications for the use of Program Year 2020 Community Planning and Development Funds must be submitted via email to Ms. Katherine Taitano at katherine@ghura.org and Ms. Francesca Gatuz at flgatuz@ghura.org. Applications received after 4PM Monday, April 20, 2020 will not be accepted.

The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) is announcing the availability of an estimated $4,446,849 in Community Planning and Development (CPD) funds available from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Opening of Section 8 Project-based Voucher Waiting List for Elderly families
Starting January 13 through March 13, 2020, the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority will be accepting pre-applications for the Project-based Voucher (PBV) Program for Elderly families. GHURA will open its waiting list for the purpose of filling vacancies of one- and two-bedroom rental units at the Summer Town Estates in Dededo. Pre-applications will only be accepted on-line.

Effective Monday, January 6, 2020 at 8:00a.m. (ChST) through Friday, February 7, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (ChST), Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) will open its wait list.
Press Release - Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Rental Payments for October 2019
October 2019 Rental payments for Section 8 landlords will not be deposited to their respective banking institutions on October 1st as regularly scheduled. Payment deposits will be made by the 2nd business day.
